Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with Hmifit. We sincerely want you to be happy with your purchase and online experience with us. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate returns and exchanges granted they meet all of the criteria outlined below:

Due to the limited availability of the merchandise we offer, we cannot issue refunds for online sales of Special Release/Discounted/ Sale merchandise. All returns/ exchanges will be authorized at the discretion of Hmifit.

Terms of our return policy are subject to change without advanced warning at the discretion of Hmifit. Please be aware of the return/exchange policy when placing an order.

Shipping fees are non refundable. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. A service with tracking information is strongly encouraged when shipping a return package. Hmifit is not responsible for lost, incorrectly addressed or damaged return packages. 

All goods must be returned as received,Refunds will not be issued for damaged, worn, or used items.

Please include your original invoice or note with your name, email and order number to ensure we credit the correct account, along with choice of exchange size or refund request.

All sale and skate hardgood item purchases are final. 

Use our contact us form or email service@Hmifit.com within 5 days of receiving goods for a return authorization.

All returns must be accompanied by your original packing list/ receipt.

All returns must be received by Hmifit within 30 days of the invoice date.

Only returns of incorrect merchandise will be eligible for refund. Should there be an incorrect shipment we will gladly exchange the item for the correct product, provide store credit, or issue a refund to your credit card.
